I am so happy to be back up in the sweet, clean, fresh mountain air of Champéry at the Truly Beautiful Chalet Ganesha.
Chalet Ganesha is a magical temple facing the mountains, and the new sacred yoga room is a little treasure.
A quiet luxurious sanctuary nestled away in the total natural paradise of the Swiss Alps. We will gather to fully iNjoy a Beautiful Yoga Journey across many mesmerizing, fascinating & useful practices from a variety of Wisdom Traditions such as Kundalini Yoga & The White Tantric Temple Arts, famous for their Therapeutic & Healing Influence on the body & mind.
The method and approach to this weekend will be the same as always, a Unique composition of Precise Exercise that I prefer to think of as Experiments, inspired by the collective energy of those in presence. Carried out in a way that is both technically Accurate while remaining mentally Loose & Natural.
We will be Holding Space for Each Other in Full Presence & True Togetherness. We will observe in that togetherness the fruit of the yogic sciences, which even when practiced for a few hours, co-creates the Potent Nectar of Self Love amplified by the collective Energy of our combined contributions.
This practice represents a simple, safe, healthy, enjoyable & interesting way of developing and maintaining a practical & functional tool kit for managing the physical & spiritual demands of modern day Life.

You will also have the opportunity to book a massage with Marjorie, our dear massage therapist for a session either on Friday afternoon before the first meditation session, Saturday afternoon or after the brunch on Sunday.
We will aslo welcome Sara who will propose Human design sessions on bookings.
And last but not least, our talented friend, the Maestro pianist César will accompany sessions and offer an unforgettable concert.

Massages and Human design sessions are not included.
Single rooms are fully booked but you can still contact us for this option (to be hosted in the closest hotel in the village - 100meters from Chalet Ganesha).
