Emma, is the inventor of the retreat concept Soft Silence a seasoned meditation and yoga teacher, has over 30 years of meditation experience and has spent the last 20 years guiding individuals and groups toward deeper self-insight. She specializes in helping people connect with their inner world through breath-work, movement, meditation, and coaching. Emma’s approach is grounded in supporting nervous system regulation and fostering self-empathy, enabling participants to live calmer, more connected lives.
