I thought it would be nice for us to do a shorter class of 1 hour & 30 mins followed by a nice candlelight one dish supper where each person brings a little something of your choice to share…
The practice will incorporate a fusion of Breathwork, playful but very interesting and insightful word games that will lead us to a moment of sincere and committed Intention Setting for the Coming Year, Another Voyage around the Sun, Another cycle of Growth, Another opportunity to Refine your Perceptions, Reorganise your Resources & Re Invent your Vision of who your Becoming…
I propose a gathering of our Yoga Family for a final celebration of meditation in our Sanctuary of Soulidarity.
