Building daily habits
During this online experience I will guide you through daily a morning practice and an evening practice. Each day builds on the previous day, strengthening your previous learnings. By the end, you will have a full toolkit for you to keep forever. The daily guidance is light enough for you to integrate in your daily life without too much effort.
