The Method & approach to this weekend will be the same as Always, a Unique composition of Precise Exercise that I prefer to think of as Experiments, inspired by the collective energy of those in presence... Carried out in a way that is both technically Accurate while remaining mentally Loose & Natural...

We will be Holding Space for Each Other in Full Presence & Togetherness 🧘🏽‍♂️✨🧘🏻‍♀️

& we will observe in that togetherness the potential to manufacture & harvest a lot of positive hormonal blood chemistry that promotes rapid healing & regeneration... Even when practiced for a few hours, the exercise stimulate the Nectar of Self Love... which in turn is Amplified by the collective Energy of our combined contributions...
